How do monitors run?

A monitor is a saved request, or a whole collection, on a schedule: as often as every 10 seconds, at set times like weekdays at 09:00, or on a cron expression. I record the latency and every assertion, open an incident when it fails, alert Slack or Discord, and close it when it recovers.
